Electrolysis By Myrtle was founded by one of the first Board Certified Electrologist in the
United States, Myrtle Hamrick who has been helping individuals effectively deal with hair removal needs since 1976.
Myrtle will help you attain your desired look by developing a personalized treatment plan and employing
the best techniques and equipment available.
At Electrolysis By Myrtle, each client is evaluated and provided with a personalized treatment plan
addressing their areas of concern. Treatments plans take into account your ethnicity, hair type, skin type, and medical

A member of the American Electrology Association and a former member of the North Carolina Board of
Electrolysis Examiners, Myrtle serves on the executive board of the Electrolysis Association of North Carolina and
holds post-secondary Electrology instructor training given by the American Electrology Association International
Board of Electrologist Certification. She is also the recipient numerous industry awards including the Leadership
Award and President Award.
